Women's Self Defence Course?

This workshop runs all year round. As a community service we hold classes that teach women some fundamental self protection moves that can be taught easily to anyone, and really every woman should know.

Take a look at one of the workshops and you will have some idea what we teach you on the day. Please remember the Self Defence workshop is not just for Karate World students, any women can attend and are welcomed in the school.
