My name is Mat Rudmond,
Chief instructor of

Hi my name is Mat Rudman I first began martial arts when I was about 8 years old, doing three years of Judo at my primary school. However it was in March 2000 that I first began training with Master Thompson. Using my experiences gained from spending a year and a half backpacking around the world and Master Thompson’s unique MAARLISK training system, I have dedicated my life to teaching people of all ages to achieve their full potential and more through Martial Arts.

I will be your First contact into our School and I am looking forward to showing you around and showing you what we have to offer you and your family. I am looking forward to meeting you and answering any questions that you may have.
